this restaurant just oozes character. From the secluded courtyard entrance through to the high
ceiling main dining room with it's unique wooden tables, stain glass windows and french country
inspired furniture; the old world charm is not lost with the stark contrast of a modern open kitchen
and stylish ambience.
THE PEOPLE
Family owned and operated, Avé is an accumulation of owners Robert and Amanda's thirty years of hospitality experience. Trained in various food destinations across Australia and overseas, Amanda and Robert decided to settle in Bellingen and share their love of food, wine and hospitality with you.
THE FOOD
At Avé we like to utilize the Coffs Coast's freshest produce to serve modern European inspired flavours and techniques to our customers. Head Chef Robert has a very distinct passion for his work, which can be seen in the artistic detail of the dishes he creates. The textures, flavours, vibrant colours and shapes paired with a high standard of genuine service makes for a complete dining experience.
